Change is hard for some. During the CLL we will discuss several methods to help you in your journey to achieve to ease the pain of getting fellow city departments, residents, and fleet management staff to embrace and accept changes. The discussion will take into account communicating with people of all ranks as well as citizens to welcome changes in everything from new processes, purchasing decisions as well as new technology and policies. The class is targeted for fleet managers, but all are welcome.
